Dan is a C-suite leader with 25+ years’ experience in large listed entities and private equity backed businesses. He is an energetic partner who supports executives who are looking to disrupt their organisations in an effort to drive greater customer intimacy and operational effectiveness. Prior to commencing with Strativity, Dan distinguished himself in the Retail Industry as the Australian Retailers Association Young Retail Executive of the year before transitioning to Financial Services sector working for Westpac, Insurance Australia Group, Bank of Queensland, BT Financial Group and Local Government Super. He has also held COO & CEO roles in private equity backed businesses in Vocational and Higher Education. Dan brings cross industry experience in Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Strategy Development, Transformation, Organisational Design, Leadership and Consumer-Led Design. Dan is committed to continuous learning and has a Bachelor of Business from QUT, an MBA from the University of Queensland, has completed the Senior Executives Program at London Business School.
